Executive Summary
SBS Balustrade Steel Solutions, a mid-market manufacturing company specializing in structural and architectural steel works in United Kingdom, was facing operational inefficiencies in tracking project execution across multiple teams. While Smartsheet was being used to manage projects and sub-jobs, real-time updates were fragmented across WhatsApp groups and emails, creating confusion, security risks, and limited visibility for management. To address these challenges, we designed and implemented a secure web and mobile application integrated with Smartsheet and Microsoft Sharpoint. The result was a structured, accountable, and real-time project tracking ecosystem that enhanced operational efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, and positioned SBS for scalable growth.
- Site, Delivery, Fabrication, and Installation teams were sharing updates through WhatsApp groups and emails.
