These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and cloud-based platforms operated by RB Infotech Middle East LLC (“RB Infotech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including but not limited to i-rems, timesheet and related products and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RB Infotech provides cloud-based software, IT solutions, consulting, implementation, customization, and support services for business operations including but not limited to property management, finance, accounting, and enterprise workflows.

We may enhance, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Be responsible for all activities under your account

RB Infotech is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

Some services are provided on a subscription or usage basis.

Fees are billed in advance or as agreed

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

Taxes, government levies, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All business data entered into the system (including tenant, property, financial, and operational data) remains the property of the customer.

RB Infotech acts only as a data processor and does not claim ownership over customer data.

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Reverse engineer or copy our software

Violations may lead to immediate termination.

All software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and content provided by RB Infotech remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription.

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, technical, and financial information confidential.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or force-majeure events may cause temporary downtime.

Support is provided as per your subscription plan or service agreement. Response times and coverage may vary based on service tier.

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice. Upon termination:

Access will be revoked

Outstanding fees remain payable

Data may be deleted or archived after a defined period

RB Infotech is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business interruption

Errors caused by third-party systems or integrations

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify RB Infotech against claims arising from:

Misuse of the platform

Violation of laws

Data provided by you

You agree to use the platform in compliance with UAE laws and applicable international regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
